Questions
Do I need a code?
No. Sale prices apply automatically, online and at the till.
Can I use my welcome code as well?
Welcome codes apply to full price items only, so they will not stack with sale prices.
How long will my order take?
This is our busiest week of the year, so please allow a few extra days for dispatch.
Can I change my order after I place it?
Get in touch as soon as you can and we will do our best, but once an order is packed we may not be able to change it.
What does shipping cost?
Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $100. We ship to New Zealand too.
Can I shop the sale in store?
Yes, at Clyde North, including the three Sale Saturdays. We may not have every online style in store.
What if something is not right?
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to sale items exactly as they do at full price.
