Returns Policy

Returns Policy | Total Dance Australia

For the return of Total Dance Australia online purchases, regardless of whether they are faulty, change of mind, or incorrect fit, you must meet the following return policy conditions:

  • The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and unwashed in original saleable condition with all labels/tags attached.
  • The Packing Slip/Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.

No Refunds or Exchanges

No refunds or exchanges will be given on sale items, socks, hosiery, or undergarments for change of mind or incorrect selection of size or colour.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Size - Store Credit

We reserve the right to inspect garments to determine if the return policy conditions are met. If items arrive in the appropriate condition, a credit note will be added to your account and can be applied at checkout with the next order. We do not refund shipping charges.

If a replacement size, colour, or alternative item is required, you will need to place a new order online.

Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We recommend using a courier or Australia Post eParcel to ensure safe delivery.

Faulty Goods

We reserve the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. A response for faulty claims will be received within 5 working days of the garments’ arrival at the Total Dance Australia Head Office.

If deemed faulty, a refund of the cost of the goods and postage will be provided. Additionally, the reasonable cost of returning the faulty item(s) will also be refunded.

Personal Intimate Hygiene Products

Under Australian Health Guidelines, personal intimate hygiene products are unable to be returned. Please email info@totaldance.com.au with your order details for assistance.
